A new company "Etalon-plus" was founded in 2003.

Business activity: selling spare parts to tractor models T-40,T-25,T-16 of Lipetsk,Vladimir and Kharkov Tractors Building Plants production (drop shipment) in the  territory of Ukraine.

The company has changed its name to "Etalon-zapchast" Ltd. Nowadays this is a juridical entity, carring out commercial activity under brand name GIDROLIGA^TM.

Gidroliga^TM is comprised of:

• "Etalon-zapchast" Ltd.- sales division.
  
• "Agro Master Plus" Ltd.- production of hydro cylinders.
  
• "Gidroliga Master" Ltd.- production of hydraulic valves.
  
• "Gidroliga Engineering" Ltd. - engineering and designing division.
  
• "JV GIDROLIGA - ITALIA" Ltd.- importing and assembling Italian hydro motors and hydraulic valves.
  
• CJSC "Gidroliga" - supplier of hydraulic units  to the market of Russian Federation.
