A production department of the Trade Mark GIDROLIGA, «Agro Master Plus», founded in 2005 is a state of the art enterprise a main activity of which is manufacture of hydraulic valve. It employs best specialists on hydraulics.

Our staff professional contribution let arrange and launch serial production of a wide range of hydraulic valve for agricultural, road-building and municipal machines in the shortest time. The production range is performed with hydraulic valves with barrel diameter from 75 to 125 mm, rod diameter from 30 to 60 mm and travel from 110 to 1120 mm.

We use advanced equipment and technologies in our production.

The technological cycle of production consists of:

- procuring;

- machining on all-purpose and special-purpose benches and also on advanced benches with digital program control (of HAAS Company), which are purposed to machine the most important parts, that determine a hydro cylinder’s endurance – pistons, front end covers and rods;

- welding stage of production applying semiautomatic welding in a shielding gas atmosphere;

Mechanical assembly production consists of:

- special-purpose assembling and test benches;

- paint booth;

- Quality Control Department;

- stock of finished products.

We apply a plastic deformation technique of a surface (rolling and rolling-up) in a final stage of a barrel and rod machining. This is world the most advanced technique that provides high technological level of a hydro cylinder.

Sealing of a cap and a piston follows instructions of the European leading companies-manufacturers of seals such as “Simrit”, “Guardex”. Today, the seals of TM Rus correspond to all those requirements and are applied on our hydro cylinders and widely used by other manufacturers of hydraulic products.

All finished products are tested on a special-purpose test bench. Hydro cylinders are tested at peak pressures 253…324 bar regarding to their application and operating conditions.
