«Gidroliga-Master” Ltd. – is a modern enterprise – manufacturer of hydraulic valves  that was founded in 2010. Highly-professional hydraulic specialists work at the enterprise.

Our staff professional contribution let arrange and launch serial production of a wide range of hydraulic valves for agricultural, road-building and municipal machines in the shortest time. The production range is performed with hydraulic valves ГР- 80 (GR-80), ГР-100 (GR-100), ГР-160 (GR-160).

Our valves' flow rate   is from 20 to 200 l/min at operating pressure under 20 MPa, with quantity of spools from 1 to 3 and range of operating temperatures from -50 to +50 ⁰C.

We use advanced equipment and technologies in our production.

Body machining, boring and rough honing are performed on multi-purpose radial-boring benches. After that a valve of hydro distributor goes to assembling stage of production where each pit is fitted to a spool diameter with the help of diamond laps.

Technological cycle of production consists of:

machining;

mechanical assembly stage of production using special-purpose and test benches;

painting booth;

Quality Control Department;

stock of finished products.

All finished products are tested on a special-purpose test bench.
